ITM supplied their Architectural Awnings to Raineri Construction for the Arlington Grove Project in Saint Louis, Missouri. This project consisted 112 rental units in garden apartments, townhouses, semi-detached housing,a mixed-use building and the renovated Arlington School.

600 Goodale | 600 West Goodale Street Columbus, Ohio 43215
The new five story, 180-unit apartment complex in Columbus, Ohio will be featuring InnoTech products. InnoTech will be working with m+a Architects and Pizzuti Companies and providing them multiple products for this project. Products such as balconies, security screens around the parking area, security gates, and handrails for the pool area and interior court. Completion date for Goodale Residential is early Spring 2013.
